As a professional ballet dancer until she was in her mid 30s, Pam’s first introduction to Pilates was to help rehab from an injury.  When she retired from dancing Pam searched for a new way to stay fit.  Pilates and Yoga fit the bill.  She became a certified Pilates instructor through the Physicalmind Institute and continued her studies with Stott Pilates, Thai Yoga Massage and Yoga training.  Pam has been teaching Pilates for over 15 years.  Her background brings a unique style to her classes.  She incorporates body awareness, Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage into her work with clients.  Pam’s focus is on utilizing Pilates as a tool for rehab.  She loves helping people understand how to move efficiently and effortlessly, often with less pain, through core strength, balance and mobility.
